Happy New Year from Biltmore on a sunny Sunday afternoon. What a treat to visit the mansion and see the last of the holiday decorations.
Then to wander down to Antler village and check out the new flock of chickens for this year. They have a multitude of varieties and were eager to bask in the sunshine.
Then a brief stop at the Deerpark Inn to check out the quilt display. Yes, that is one of my mountain wall hangings.
Back to the Bernina as my Log Cabin is in progress. Our project for this years Montreat Retreat. Should be fun to see how these 72 blocks seek out the perfect setting.
